1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and wow88live ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the wow88live website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Services") available at https://wow88live.cam and any related domains or subdomains.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one Account on the wow88live platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, and forfeiture of any outstanding balances or pending bonuses.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, valid email address, Malaysian phone number, and preferred currency (MYR). You undertake to keep this information updated at all times.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. wow88live will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

wow88live reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), driver's licence, or passport; proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 3 months); and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

5 Terms of Use

By using the wow88live platform, you agree to use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You further agree that:

• All funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• You will not use the Services in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• You will not attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or system errors for financial gain. Any such activity must be reported to wow88live immediately.
• You will not use automated tools, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

wow88live accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. wow88live processes withdrawal requests on a rolling basis and targets the following processing timelines: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These timelines are targets and may vary due to banking partner processing schedules or security review requirements.

6.3 Payment Verification

wow88live reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify any deposit or withdrawal transaction. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the Account, or to a verified account held in the Player's own name. Third-party transfers are not permitted.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

wow88live offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty programme incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. New Player welcome bonuses are available once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering Requirements vary by promotion type: 10x for the Standard bonus, 18x for the Esports bonus, 35x for the Magnificent bonus, and 12x for the Crypto Deposit bonus.
• Bonus Funds expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated validity period (typically 30 days from the date of crediting, unless stated otherwise).
• wow88live reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already claimed in good faith prior to the change.
• Suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements, may result in the voiding of bonuses and winnings, and Account suspension.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on wow88live are subject to the specific Game Rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the respective game, sportsbook, or betting market interface. In addition, the following general betting rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. wow88live does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse any confirmed wager.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or communication failure during a game round or bet placement, wow88live reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• For live sports betting, wow88live reserves the right to suspend markets at any time based on live event developments. Bets placed prior to a market suspension remain valid unless explicitly voided in accordance with these Terms.
• wow88live may impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, and individual game stake limits at its discretion. These limits will be displayed within the relevant game or market.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, wow88live's records and the output of its certified gaming systems shall be conclusive and binding.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wow88live platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using software, tools, or systems (including but not limited to bots, scripts, AI agents, or automated betting systems) to interact with the Platform without authorisation.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain without reporting them to wow88live.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying software of the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards wow88live staff or other users.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing responsible gambling restrictions.

10 Responsible Gambling

wow88live is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all its Services. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. Accordingly, we provide the following tools and resources to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to help manage their spending.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over any given period, after which no further bets may be placed until the limit resets.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the wow88live platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game content, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wow88live or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of wow88live.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wow88live, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, data, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

• Decisions made by Players on the basis of information provided on the Platform, which is provided for general informational purposes only.

wow88live's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

13.2 Termination by wow88live

wow88live reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; regulatory requirements; or any conduct that wow88live determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

14 Amendments

wow88live reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wow88live holds its international gaming licence.
